One has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following are strictly prohibited on One:
These prohibitions are absolute. There are no exceptions.
One requires all users to confirm they are 18 or older during account creation. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
If you encounter content or behaviour on One that involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, report it immediately.
In-app: Use the block and report function on any profile or in any conversation. Reports are reviewed promptly.

All reports of CSAE are reviewed immediately. Accounts involved are suspended pending investigation. Where we identify CSAM or credible evidence of child exploitation, we report to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) at accce.gov.au/report and comply with all applicable Australian law, including the Criminal Code Act 1995.
